Nancy Mee

Nancy Mee - THE BOOK OF UOROBOROS

Artist Statement

Nancy Mee is a sculptor whose work incorporates a variety of materials, including glass, forged steel, stone and photography. Drawing on mythologies from around the world, Nancy Mee reflects on the universal truths, distilling their essence in her works. The forms and images are given a psychic weight through her assemblages of slumped and sandblasted glass with cut and cast metal and stone.
